We want you to have a great experience with Scentsual. Due to the nature of fragrance products, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.
Returns Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Fragrance Disclaimer
Fragrance is highly subjective. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preference, including disliking a scent.
Eligible Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective, or
- You received the incorrect product.
To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed if a replacement is not possible. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our side, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
