Delivery Rates

Standard nationwide shipping is charged at R99. We offer free shipping on all orders for R800 or more.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery times depend on where your order is going and are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date your order is dispatched.

• Major cities (for example Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban): 2–4 business days
• Outlying areas (smaller towns and rural areas): 2–5 business days

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier factors such as courier delays, public holidays or extreme weather. If your area is remote, your parcel may take slightly longer. See our Terms of Service for full details.

We use Bobgo and its associated logistics partners — including Internet Express, The Courier Guy, and Fastway — for safe and reliable shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order anytime by visiting scentsual.co.za/a/track and entering your order number.
